About the Role As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. You’ll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations and help maintain our high standards in service, training, and team culture. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and handle any guest feedback professionally Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring service runs seamlessly Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow Manage reservations, rostering, and stock control Comfortable setting priorities and setting tasks as required Strong communicationskills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
