Job Description
The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s real estate investment portfolio across multiple international markets. This role requires a deep understanding of local real estate markets, financial modeling, and strategic investment approaches to drive growth, manage risk, and maximize returns. The individual will work closely with senior leadership to craft investment strategies and oversee the acquisition, management, and disposition of global properties. Responsibilities Research and identify lucrative property investment opportunities across various sectors (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.). Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of investment projects. Oversee portfolio performance and ensure it aligns with the company’s investment objectives. Source and lead the acquisition process of new properties, including market analysis, financial evaluation, and negotiations. Manage the sale of assets, ensuring optimal return on investment. Monitor the performance of the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities to enhance value and profitability. Work with asset management teams to ensure effective property management and operational efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, financial institutions, and real estate professionals. Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management and investors. Develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial models for the portfolio. Prepare investment reports, due diligence documents, and feasibility studies. Ensure all investment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Keep up to date with property market trends and regulatory changes.
