In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert strategic and operational leadership across communications and marketing efforts, developing integrated strategies that align with faculty and university-wide priorities. As a trusted advisor to Faculty Executive leadership, you'll be accountable for enabling the success of the communications and marketing function through an embedded business partnering model, with a focus on service excellence. Your ability to influence and deliver in a matrix model within a large, complex organisation will be crucial, as you foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. You'll play a key role in shaping MDHS's profile, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the university's communication and marketing initiatives. Experience and Qualifications: Extensive experience in higher education or the health sector, as well as a relevant postgraduate qualification or a combination of relevant training, education, and experience. Leadership: Leadership experience in large, complex organisations. You don't have to have managed direct reports, but leadership in cross-functional projects and strategic advice is vital. Change management: Proven experience in leading and executing change management initiatives and change communications strategies within large, complex organisations.
