Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Theatre | Melbourne A remarkable opportunity is available for the experienced spinal scrub scout to fill the ANUM role with a growing spinal team at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time or part-time position. ABOUT THE ROLE The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role consists of clinical aptitude, dynamic planning, and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to the patients. You will: Mentor and lead a dedicated team of nurses and clinical support staff within a supportive leadership environment; Advance into a management position and develop clinical leadership skills; Report directly to the Nurse Unit Manager; Work on a 7-day rotating roster - Monday to Saturday. REQUIREMENTS Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA; At least 3 years of clinical experience; Experience in navigated spinal surgery desired; Flexibility to be available on weekends, weekdays, and evenings; Clinical leadership experience or postgraduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
