Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation and Disputes - Sydney Join a top-tier team handling high-profile disputes, regulatory investigations, and complex litigation. This role offers exposure to complex and high-profile disputes, working closely with experienced partners and legal experts across various practice areas. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including: Large-scale commercial and contractual disputes Regulatory investigations and inquiries involving key Australian regulators Corporate crime and compliance matters Internal investigations and risk advisory work Financial services regulatory and investigations Class actions and representative proceedings Royal Commissions, Commissions of Inquiry, and coronial inquests Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution High-value construction and project-related disputes You will play a key role in managing litigation matters, advising clients, drafting legal documents, liaising with counsel, preparing evidence, and contributing to strategic case management. This role provides the opportunity to work on cross-border disputes and collaborate with global teams. Requirements: 2-4 years post-qualification experience (Associate) or 5+ years post qualification experience (Senior Associate) in commercial litigation and dispute resolution Strong legal expertise in regulatory, corporate, or financial disputes Experience working within a reputable disputes team in a law firm or in-house setting Familiarity with Supreme and Federal Court procedures Exceptional analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills The ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently A commitment to client service excellence and business development This firm provides an exceptional platform for career growth and professional development.
