Job Description

Our client is a leading charter solutions company in Australia supporting a wide base of passenger and freight requirements for both private and corporate services.They are currently looking for an Aviation Stores Supervisor that will work within a small and dynamic team to ensure the efficient coordination and management of stores. Job Responsibilities Process goods receipts and issues using the provided guidelines through the companies ERP system (Ramco). DG shipping approval highly desired but not essential. Ensure all corporate information is captured within the Company’s business systems adhering to recordkeeping policies and procedures. Packaging and freighting materials as directed. Assisting in procurement when required. Handling of international and domestic freight – booking, tracking, collecting on forwarding requirements. Dispatching goods through designated freight forwarders. Periodic stock takes. Inventory management and regular stock control. Logistical support and assistance to internal stakeholders. Liaising with the group’s business units as necessary. Maintaining records and stock traceability. Coordinating and applying storage procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations. Supervision of storepersons. General warehouse and driving duties. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Current Australian driver’s license.
