About the Role This is a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue growth and position the company among the top 5% of SaaS growth stories. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the charge to achieve $1M ARR within 12 months. As one of the first sales hires, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the sales strategy while directly influencing the company's growth trajectory. What You'll Do Close enterprise-level deals, leveraging tailored presentations and compelling storytelling. Use CRM tools like HubSpot to optimize pipeline management. Continuously refine pitch decks and sales approaches to resonate with diverse audiences. Implement innovative outbound strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and ZoomInfo. Support a product-led growth strategy by converting free-tier users into enterprise clients. Collaborate across teams to optimize lead generation and user experience. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue targets. Build and scale a Sales Development Representative (SDR) function as the operation grows. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Growth & Relationship Building Shorten the sales cycle through continuous process improvements. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts. Develop a sales playbook to ensure scalable, repeatable success. What We're Looking For Proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with large, complex deals. Outstanding presentation and communication skills across various audience levels. A data-driven, creative mindset with a passion for experimentation. Self-motivated, resilient, and ready to thrive in a high-performance startup environment.
