FinXL IT are seeking multiple Project Coordinators to support our growing team on network deployment projects at a leading telecommunications organisation. This role will see you assisting Project Managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will play a vital part in maintaining project progress and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure all deliverables are met. Prepare and distribute status reports and assist in meetings with key stakeholders. Key Requirements: Must have baseline clearance 3+ years' experience in project coordination within telecommunications organisations or network deployment projects. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA . Excellent organisational and communication skills . Ability to work on site with enterprise customers and collaborate effectively with various teams. What's On Offer: Multiple 12 months+ contracts, with a view to extend. Located in Sydney.
