About the Opportunity A great opportunity has arisen in our Shopper, Brand and Loyalty business for an experienced Brand & Strategy specialist. You will be the driving force behind championing our brand, building brand equity, and fuelling brand growth. Working collaboratively with our dynamic Insights, Brand, and Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strong brand propositions and identities, contributing to brand saliency and growth. In this Role Be the unwavering voice of the brand, championing its essence. Elevate brand equity through compelling brand propositions and identity enhancements. Contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, aligning with target audiences and brand propositions. Collaborate with the Merchandise team to develop channel promotional calendars. Execute long-term community and partnership programs, fostering mutually respectful relationships. You’re Likely a Match If Minimum 5+ years’ experience in insights, brand management, and/or marketing with Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business. Preferably retail or FMCG marketing experience. Immense curiosity about shoppers and the ability to leverage data for actionable insights. Strategic agility and leadership to translate insights into growth strategies and annual market plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
