Career Opportunities: Budgeting & Forecasting Manager (2138) Are you a strategic leader with a passion for financial planning and analysis? As the Budgeting and Forecasting Manager at CS Energy, you’ll take charge of the annual business planning process, ensuring a seamless connection between the business plan and enterprise budget. You’ll oversee the tracking of key scorecard metrics, lead the consolidation of company-wide budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision making. Duties include the below, but are not limited to: Budget Preparation: Deliver consolidated budgets and forecasts, providing support to operations and corporate divisions. Accounting Support: Develop strong accounting knowledge within the team and support asset valuations and impairment models. Reporting: Lead the preparation and delivery of budget challenge packs for the Board and budget submissions for government departments. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Advanced Excel skills; SQL and SAP experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management experience.
