Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Location: Canberra, Australia Security Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance required Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Australian Federal Government projects Overview A leading digital business division is seeking Business Analysts to support key digital transformation programs aimed at streamlining trade, biosecurity, and regulatory processes. These programs focus on enhancing data-driven decision-making, automating workflows, and improving service delivery . The role requires expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Agile methodologies to support the design, development, and integration of cloud-based digital services while ensuring government security compliance . Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement GatheringCollect, evaluate, and interpret data to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement. Engage stakeholders to gather user needs and document functional and non-functional requirements. Develop user stories, process models, and business workflows to support Agile delivery. Digital Transformation & Cloud IntegrationSupport design, development, and testing of cloud-based software solutions. Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and platforms. Facilitate the transition of services, defining SLAs for performance, uptime, and response times. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure solutions adhere to Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) guidelines for data protection and privacy. Identify, assess, and mitigate security and operational risks. Agile Delivery & Continuous ImprovementWork within multi-disciplinary Agile teams to iteratively refine solutions. Support Alpha and Beta phases of product development. Assist in tracking and improving project team performance. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and requirement documentation. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience in cloud environments, system integration, and digital service development. Knowledge of Australian Government security and compliance frameworks (ACSC, ISM, PSPF). Baseline Security Clearance Prior experience in Federal Government projects is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
