We are hiring a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' data management and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities: Engage and represent key business stakeholders as a Business Analyst during the development of data elements for transformation across a suite of Insurance products/services. Conduct prioritization, impact analysis, and provide stakeholder updates on progress and issue management. Review existing reports for transition into future state platforms, considering data domain model and reporting constructs for reuse. Address key topics related to data governance and interact with Data Stewards and Data Governance Principles. Implement concepts and processes to support the future data platform. Collaborate with the Transformation Development Data Office and Centres of Excellence to ensure mature, efficient, and trusted future state data platforms. Establish and support best practice design and implementation of data management concepts. Provide guidance to development and analytics teams to ensure fit-for-purpose deliverables. Establish standards and guidelines for continuous best-in-class delivery and future-proof models. About You: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, and the review, analysis, design, and development of data domain design, data governance, and data platform implementation ideally in the Insurance sector. Exceptional stakeholder support experience with a structured communication methodology. Proven track record in establishing standards and guidelines for best-in-class implementation. Experience with API / Integration highly regarded. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
