Senior Business Analyst – Transformation Change Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a passion for organisational transformation? Do you have a strong background in technology-enabled change and experience driving business-wide restructuring initiatives? We are seeking a highly skilled BA to support a major re-organisation program, focusing on establishing Centres of Excellence and enabling a more technology-driven, efficient, and scalable operating model. WHAT’S ON OFFER SYDNEY based. $950.00 a day Inclusive of superannuation 6-month rolling day rate contract. THE ROLE: This role requires strong business engagement skills to assess current state processes across multiple regions and implement optimized, standardized solutions. Given the global nature of the work, flexibility for early or late meetings is required. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Program Lead to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including senior leaders at -1 from the Group Executive level. Develop and deliver high-quality artefacts to support the transition of teams into a Centre of Excellence model, ensuring alignment with strategic transformation objectives. Provide hands-on support in the design and implementation of new organisational structures, leveraging technology and automation where applicable. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure system and process changes align with the new operating model. Identify risks and challenges associated with the transition and proactively drive data-driven solutions to mitigate them. Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to ensure smooth adoption of changes, leveraging best practices in digital transformation and enterprise agility. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, particularly in organisational transformation, operating model changes, and restructuring projects. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. Proven experience in developing transition artefacts, process documentation, and governance frameworks to support large-scale transformation programs. Experience working on technology-enabled transformations, integrating automation, data analytics, and digital solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to navigate legacy systems and processes, working alongside technology teams to ensure seamless adoption of new structures. A problem-solver with a strategic mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex transformation programs.
