Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) MARS are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Digital Track Inspections Project - a critical initiative aimed at enhancing rail network inspection processes. This project will reduce manual inspections and office-based video analysis by leveraging cloud-based video analytics and automation. This role involves process mapping, stakeholder engagement, system capability assessment, and data modelling, ensuring the transition to a more efficient, technology-driven process. If you thrive in early-stage projects, enjoy defining current and future-state processes, and are comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. This is a hybrid role with an onsite requirement for 2-3 days per fortnight. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this travel requirement. Key Responsibilities: Analyse current processes & pain points in inspection workflows. Define future-state processes & map workflows to improve efficiency. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations. Work on system capability assessments to determine how technology can enhance processes. Support application development & system design , ensuring alignment with business needs. Perform data modelling tasks (desirable but not essential). Key Skills & Experience Required: Process Mapping & Business Analysis - Ability to define current and future-state workflows. Stakeholder Management - Engaging technical and non-technical teams. Application Development Experience (MUST HAVE) - Understanding of system integrations & technology implementations. Data Modelling (Desirable) - Ability to work with data types to support system improvements. Rail or Mining Experience (Highly Beneficial) - Experience in heavy industry environments is advantageous. Technical Tools: Visio, Miro, Agile DevOps, Jira (familiarity is beneficial). #J-18808-Ljbffr
