Base pay range A$900.00/daily - A$950.00/daily About the Company Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading financial service provider to assist them in sourcing a Business Analyst for their Customer Onboarding project. About the Role In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to drive the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance customer journey and support the evolving platform. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective solutions. Support onboarding processes and ensure seamless customer experiences. Engage with complex customer profiles and provide tailored insights. Think beyond traditional BA functions, offering proactive and strategic input. About You Experience in onboarding, lending, or a similar domain. Familiarity with corporate and institutional banking or credit lending is a plus. Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in the onboarding space. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
