The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes within the utilities sector, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and accurately captured. Solution Design: Develop and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Data Analysis: Analyze data to support decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations based on findings. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user guides, to support project implementation and ongoing operations. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use new systems and processes. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and drive operational excellence. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the utilities sector. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the utilities sector, including industry-specific regulations, challenges, and best practices. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions. Project Management: Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
