In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our Supply Chain Product Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supply chain ERP experience to join a high-performing consulting team. What you'll be doing… As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include: Working side by side with our customers to implement our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions Providing hands-on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:Design Configuration Customer support, guidance, coaching Cutover, go live and making projects successful! Learning and applying our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all projects Driving continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business In conjunction with the Project Managers, working closely with the Product, R&D, Operations and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams to deliver great results Being the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during implementation, owning all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live! Solid Supply Chain Management experience (i.e. from Local Government or other Supply Chain intense industries) Experience with TechnologyOne's Supply Chain Management software would be highly regarded Enjoying working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment A solid communicator, with exceptional communication skills and at your best when talking to customers A background with ERP systems or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, TechnologyOne, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other) would be highly regarded Why Join us?
