Principal Consultant - Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform Branch: Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform Division: Staff Recruitment and Employment Services Salary: Level 7, $134,481 - $143,736 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2024) Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform are seeking to establish a pool of Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform Principal Consultants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2025 and up to the end of February, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. The following positions are currently available: International Recruitment team - 1x permanent Principal Consultant, Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform Attraction and Retention team - 2x temporary Principal Consultant, Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform Who we’re looking for Our ideal candidate will have a strong work history in human resources roles, with demonstrated success in implementing innovative workforce strategies in a compliance driven environment. You will understand the nuance of delivering services to different audiences, and managing competing needs. Minimum Requirements: Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. Consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
