Salary: Level 7, $134,481 - $143,736 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2024) Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time Workforce Supply, Mobility and Reform are seeking to establish a pool of Workforce Supply Principal Consultants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2025 and up to the end of February, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. Who we’re looking for Our ideal candidate will have a strong work history in human resources roles, with demonstrated success in implementing innovative workforce supply strategies in a compliance driven environment. You will understand the nuance of delivering services to different audiences, and managing competing needs. The work we do makes a difference, and we want you to join us. Minimum Requirements: be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
