Business Development Manager - Hunting and Outdoor Market Company Overview: Hikvision is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions, specializing in innovative CCTV and video surveillance technology since its establishment in 2001. Role Overview: The Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market should possess intensive knowledge in hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main assignment is to develop the hunting market by building solid relationships among distributors, dealer shops, and end users. Key Attributes and Expectations: Great business sense He/She should be a hunter. An experienced social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with high social followers is greatly preferred. Possess/Interested in hunting electronics, consumer electronics. Experience in retail and stores. Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility. English is required. Great communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop the hunting market through dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instruction, activities/events, relationship building, market research, competitor and customer surveys. Identify potential business opportunities and growth points. Address pain points and discover support required by dealers and end users. Present solutions to potential customers. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events. Collaborate with colleagues in the regional sales team. Engage with associations and interest groups. Assist consultants in project specifications. Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants. Prepare reports required by management. Your Profile: Experience in hunting or the hunting market. Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level. Open-mindedness to work in a multi-cultural company. Self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture. Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written. Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
