Our team is growing, with a base in Brisbane and employees across multiple states. Your Role As a Business Development Manager , you will drive sales growth by: Expanding TAWI’s market presence in Australia. Managing and growing key customer relationships . Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities . Presenting TAWI solutions through meetings, demonstrations, and events. Achieving sales targets from lead generation to deal closure. Providing technical consultations on lifting solutions. Who You Are Self-motivated and structured, with a passion for business development. Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, automation, or material handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
