Business Intelligence and Performance Manager Location: Melbourne Job Type: Perm Lead Data-Driven Strategy and Organisational Performance! We’re seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence and Performance Manager to drive analytics, reporting, and performance frameworks. Reporting to the Director, Organisational Performance, you’ll develop insights that enhance efficiency, financial performance, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust business intelligence and reporting framework. Analyse and integrate data from multiple departments, including finance, employee engagement, and customer experience. Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and balanced scorecards. Lead strategic planning, business case development, and resource allocation. Provide pricing and costing analysis to ensure financial accountability. Support organisational decision-making with clear, data-driven insights. Mentor and lead a small, high-performing team. About You: 5+ years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities. Strategic thinker with expertise in performance measurement. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
