We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Acquisition & Development Lead to help us grow our client base. About the Role: Compensation: This is a commission-only independent contractor/freelancer role , meaning payment is provided per successful referral . As our Business Acquisition & Development Lead , you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, building strong referral partnerships, and expanding our presence in the NDIS sector . You will play a key role in connecting participants with our social groups and ensuring they receive high-quality support. Key Responsibilities: Identify & Secure New Clients – Proactively reach out to NDIS participants, families, and caregivers to introduce our services. Build Referral Networks Develop & Implement Growth Strategies – Develop strategies for client acquisition. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Community Engagement , within the NDIS or disability sector. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with NDIS professionals, families, and local communities. Understanding of NDIS processes, funding categories, and service agreements (preferred). Ability to work independently and drive business growth . A passion for supporting people with disabilities to live social and fulfilling lives.
