Job Description

Business Project Manager - HR Operating Model We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager with expertise in HR operating model to lead and drive key projects. This role will focus on HR transformation initiatives, process optimisation, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic HR frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business change within the HR function. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy. Develop and implement HR operating model frameworks, driving efficiencies and improvements. Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver project outcomes. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organisational goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project success through effective governance. Support change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for HR process optimisation. Key Skills & Experience: Background in HR is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Project Manager in HR transformation or HR operating model implementation. Strong understanding of HR processes, organisational design, and workforce planning. Experience managing large-scale HR change initiatives. Expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and risk management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. Relevant qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable.
