Position Overview: As a part-time Business/Commercial Lawyer , you will provide expert legal advice across our business operations. With a strong background in commercial, business, and property law—alongside proven litigation experience—you will handle contract negotiations, property-related legal matters, and dispute resolution to safeguard our interests. Your role is integral to ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and navigating multifaceted legal challenges. Key Responsibilities: Offer expert legal advice and support on a range of business matters, including aspects of property transactions and retail-related matters. Manage commercial disputes, compensation, and settlements through negotiation, mediation, or litigation where necessary. Address and manage legal issues related to property management, acquisitions, and sales. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and admission to practice law. Demonstrated experience in business/commercial law, particularly within property and retail sectors. Proven litigation experience, with a strong track record of taking decisive action and efficiently managing legal disputes to resolution. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
