We are looking for an experienced and self-directed Administration Officer - Corporate Governance and Assurance to join our team, which is based at Woy Woy Hospital, and play a crucial role in providing assurance, advice and support to the Board, Audit and Risk Committee, District Executive and other senior managers within the District.You will demonstrate your understanding of the District's governance and assurance requirements while providing high-level administrative support to the team and routine integrity advice to District staff members. You will work independently under limited supervision, applying your advanced organisational skills to prioritise tasks, review systems, and make informed decisions within your accepted scope of practice.About You Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills and outstanding time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in key software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Content Manager, HealthRoster, MS Teams, Convene, TICKIT administration). Sound understanding of policies and protocols for which Corporate Governance and Assurance are subject matter experts, including conflicts of interest, gifts and benefits, Public Interest Disclosures and privacy. You hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and are willing to travel to various sites across the Central Coast Local Health District.
