CRM Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist Join a High-Performance Award-Winning Team Permanent - 4:1 - CBD Based$145k + Super + 7.5% STI We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions . If you have strong C#, .NET, Azure, and Dynamics 365 experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Focus - Strive to meet or exceed deliverables, metrics, and KPIs while providing excellent customer service. Stakeholder Management - Identify key stakeholders (including vendors) and proactively gain their support through presentations, workshops, and meetings. Work closely with developers to achieve key deliverables. Technical Documentation - Maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals to ensure clarity and maintainability. Culture Champion - Be a strong ambassador for high performance, integrity, and teamwork , taking ownership of your work and contributing to a positive and dynamic team culture. What You'll Bring: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels. Ability to develop and execute strategies while understanding target audiences and messaging. Confidence in managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure , with expertise in: C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 APIs Customization of Dynamics 365 & PowerApps (model-driven apps and portals) Azure technologies (Service Bus, Functions) for seamless integration Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI) and DevOps practices Customer Engagement solutions (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Services, PSA) Version control using Azure DevOps & GitHub Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions . Strong experience in configuration, customization, integration, and plugin/report development . Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform certifications (desirable). Experience leading teams in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations .
