Job Description

CHL (Camplify Holdings Limited) is an ASX listed peer-to-peer global campervan and caravan sharing platform that operates under the Camplify brand in Australia, New Zealand, UK and Spain and the Paul Camper Brand in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. We are seeking an experienced Email and CRM Lead to join the team. We work in a hybrid way. The CRM and Email lead will have total accountability for the global CRM and email services across all CHL markets. This is a very unique and exciting role in the travel industry that is truly end to end; developing and executing comprehensive email campaigns to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive revenue. Responsibilities Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing strategies to support business goals for both owner listing and hirer bookings. Manage email campaign calendar and ensure timely execution. Create and optimize email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action. Segment email lists and personalize content based on customer data. Track and analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations. CRM Management: Maintain and manage CRM database (Hubspot), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on CRM data. Utilize CRM data to personalize customer communications and offers. Integrate CRM with other marketing and sales systems. Customer Lifecycle Automation: Design and implement automated customer journeys for both owners and hirers using email and CRM. Develop trigger-based owner and hirer email campaigns based on customer behavior. Optimize customer lifecycle automation to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor one direct report (Philippines based). Set team goals and performance metrics. Provide guidance and support to team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, community, customer service, technology and international markets to align email and CRM strategies with overall business objectives. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM. Proven track record of success in driving email marketing and CRM results. Experience with Hubspot CRM. Experience integrating email with social media and other digital marketing platforms (e.g., remarketing across Meta and Google). Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices. Expertise in CRM data management and segmentation. Ability to create engaging and effective email content. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with marketing automation platforms. Experience working in an online marketplace would be beneficial.
