Project Manager $800+super Program Manager $1000-1200+super 12 Month Contract Sydney CBD Based role Responsibilities: Establish annual Project Programs Budgets with Forecasts monthly Present Project Programs and Individual Projects budgets Manage monthly financial reporting demonstrating the projects current financial position and revised forecast Ensure projects are managed within approved budget Manage Review and Approve invoices and ensure they are processed and paid in a timely and efficient manner Cash flow is forecasted and reported Minimisation of Defect Liability Period Deliver projects as and when required to ensure that approved projects are delivered to agreed timeframes Ensure all WHSE procedures and practices are followed at all times About You: Strong demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex Program of Works (Capex and Opex) Strong demonstrated experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors with strong diplomacy, contract management with a focus on identifying and building key client relationships Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills Experience in the management of WHS for construction sites (Delivering works on live environment, assets replacement, buildings refurbishments and remedial works, fit outs, new construction) Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, WH&S and environmental systems Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
