Salary paying up to $97,000 + super + packaging No rostered on-call rotation requirements Ongoing training and development Monday - Friday 9-5pm The role: The Client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated leader to fill the role of Case Manager. The Case Manager is a front-line management role, responsible for the day-to-day operations of one Non-Family Based Care Program. Some other key responsibilities include providing leadership and management of all staff members within the Program, ensuring that the Program consistently provides a hygienic, safe, and therapeutic environment for young people to a high standard, and providing trauma-informed therapeutic care to young people that meets the Standards of Care and the organization's Policies and Procedures. Additional responsibilities include managing positive and respectful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Program adheres to all reporting and documentation requirements, writing Safety Plans and contributing to Positive Behaviour Support Plans with the support of the Practice Advisor, facilitating and attending relevant meetings including household and stakeholder meetings, attending critical appointments with young people as a support person and advocate for them, ensuring rosters meet industrial compliance. Essential Criteria: Diploma in Community Services or relevant field Valid Queensland Driver's Licence with no restrictions QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card) Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2) National Crime Check (client will complete a new check through their systems) #J-18808-Ljbffr
