Your role will be pivotal in conceptualising, planning, and seamlessly executing a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to grand-scale celebrations. With your outstanding attention to detail and creative flair, you will craft events that leave a lasting impression on our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests, team members, and external stakeholders. A few of your responsibilities: Develop business strategies to drive revenue Manage event sales within the signature restaurants and bars Host regular property famils with agencies and prospective corporate clients Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to consistently refine and improve collateral and offerings Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to provide options for up selling packages (flower/balloon arrangements, theming, performers) Lead and support the Booking Coordinator team in the meeting of their financial and operational targets What we are looking for: Proven business development skills coupled with a strong hospitality industry network Effective influencing, negotiating, and operational decision-making abilities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Extensive experience in sales, event planning, marketing, and networking in the hospitality or gaming industries About you: With your high attention to detail and multitasking skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and passion for delivering world-class guest experiences, you’re poised to excel as our Celebrations Manager.
