About the Role: Reporting to the Projects and Transformation Manager, the Change and Communications Lead plays a vital role in successfully implementing key strategic initiatives that enhance Juniper’s operations and service delivery. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies with a strong focus on internal communication and engagement, ensuring our multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed workforce is informed, engaged, and empowered. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement structured change management strategies to support business transformation. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and barriers. Design and deliver training and support materials to facilitate adoption of new processes, technologies, and systems. Establish and monitor success metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives. Develop targeted communication plans that align with Juniper’s strategic objectives. Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and leadership updates. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and communication initiatives. Collaborate with brand, marketing, and communication teams to align initiatives with the organization's strategic priorities. Support transformation projects by providing change and communication expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change initiatives into project timelines. Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and communication records to ensure transparency. Report on project progress, challenges, and success stories to key stakeholders. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in leading change management initiatives within large or geographically dispersed organizations. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, or a related field, with formal qualifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter) preferred. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing change strategies that enhance employee engagement and drive adoption. Familiarity with the Australian aged care sector, including care and accommodation services. Strong project coordination skills with a sound understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proven ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Experience using digital communication platforms, including intranet systems, email campaigns, and video conferencing tools.
