We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact. As we journey through an exciting transformation, we need you to join us as a Change and Communications Specialist. In this role, you'll be part of the broader Strategy and Experience Team and will support the delivery of WIC's transformative program, Program Elevate. The Program encompasses four interdependent projects including a service model redesign, case management system replacement, a business classification scheme and an operating model to align the changes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of the Program's communications plans and change activities, along with producing high quality written content for internal and external communications and audiences. Equipped with your natural flair for storytelling and engagement with people, you will provide proactive and professional change and communications support, advice and guidance. You will bring your unique perspectives and expertise to help us turn our proud legacy into a bright future. Who we're looking for: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a complex (preferably government) operating environment. Demonstrated experience creating, developing and executing change & communications plans with clear objectives and deliverables, working to tight deadlines. Sound knowledge of change methodologies, frameworks, tools and techniques. High level of attention to detail and design, ensuring messages and published content is accurate, attractive, and aligns with key program messages and required change outcomes. Well-developed organisation skills with ability to prioritise; able to work on a range of projects to deliver quality outcomes within specific deadlines. Resolution matters. And so do you.
