Job Description

Change & Communications Manager (part time) (177330) Melbourne, Australia We are looking for a Change and Communications Manager to support the implementation of HR/Payroll/Workforce systems, within a fun, dynamic, close knit and project team environment. The Change Manager will provide day-to-day delivery of change management activities, ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and that impacted business areas have a smooth transition to new solutions implemented. Key responsibilities: Liaise with selected business units as the main conduit between them and the project team. Strong experience in Business Readiness and Impact Assessment delivery. Prepare communications to support key project implementation milestones. Ensure that project objectives and approaches are adhered to. Skills and Experience: Excellent change management expertise gained on a range of various scale business improvement and/or technology programs. Ability to work autonomously and run the change management activities. Participation or contribution to the development and delivery of communications, process improvement activities, and learning strategies. Mature ability to apply Change Management methods and approach. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. Previous experience gained from within a Higher Education sector environment would be highly desired. Any experience within HR/HCM/Workforce Management domain would be beneficial. Please note that this is a part-time (approximately 3 days per week) day rate contract opportunity where you will work in a hybrid blend model of both working onsite and remotely. #J-18808-Ljbffr
