See yourself in our team The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for enabling every corner of CommBank to use world-class data, AI and analytics technologies to reimagine experiences for our customers, communities and colleagues, to build a brighter future for all. This role sits in the CDAO Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the CoE Lead. About the role You will be supporting the Decision Science and Gen AI Domain and Practice teams to help drive the acceleration of AI adoption at every level of the bank to deliver better outcomes and experiences for our customers, communities and colleagues. This role will work very closely with the AI Acceleration Lead and Chapter Lead Transformation and Change AI to develop, implement and embed a communication strategy that supports the bank in harnessing the power of AI. Do work that matters: Understand the stakeholders, people-related benefits, risks and impacts. Design, integrate and execute a multi-layered communication strategy and plan using a range of tactics and channels to drive AI adoption. Oversee brand architecture for AI communications – look, feel, tone and manner. Lead the development of AI communication tools and artefacts – strategic, tactical, operational. Support the change practitioners with tailored change communication, guiding the stakeholder message. Report on the effectiveness of the communication using metrics and data. Work alongside other CDAO CoE Communication Leads to connect and aggregate messaging for all stakeholders. Collaborate across the CDAO Transformation and Change CoE to help build an exceptional culture and drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem-solving. We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organisational goals, especially during periods of transformation. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple functions to deliver strong outcomes and apply sound judgement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex technical messages. Advanced knowledge of traditional and new communication and engagement methods, and an understanding of employee engagement and change management communications. Thought leadership, innovative approach, willing to try new tactics and methods. Curious mindset, consultative style. Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multi-channel communication plans, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks, easily transitioning between strategy and execution. Good understanding and experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with technology transformation projects, and existing knowledge of AI, data, analytics technologies (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
