This national growing corporate in the utilities infrastructure domain is completing a business transformation program and as part of this they have been updating and integrating their SAP platforms to one national solution.As part of the program's next phase, there is a new Change Manager / Change Management Lead position available to join the SAP / ERP project team based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid WFH and CBD office-based position.The Change Manager is required to engage with stakeholders to analyse impacts, plan and implement change management and communications activities, undertake readiness assessments, post-implementation assessments along with content development and change status reporting.We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Change Manager / Change Management Lead with experience in delivering change management services on medium to large scale technology projects and SAP initiatives. Ideally, knowledge and experience in S/4Hana technologies and any knowledge across finance and procurement is beneficial but not essential. You will have sound knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and be great at working with stakeholders to help understand, guide, and implement real change.This is a great new role and opportunity to work on an already successful program implementing the latest SAP technologies with a highly experienced team and supportive management.
