Key responsibilities include developing multi-year architecture and technology solutions, shaping future products, researching new technologies, and promoting best engineering practices. Key Requirements: Technical background and experience as a Chief Engineer or Distinguished Engineer Experience leading large Engineering teams Expertise in modern technology stacks, API design, microservices, public cloud, and designing for resilience and operational excellence Experience with real-time, data-driven applications Knowledge of Financial Crime and Fraud systems Ability to drive transformational change aligned with organisational goals Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Experience working in Financial Services or a highly regulated environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
