Manage the Engineering Support Team. Collaborate with the Product Engineering Manager to plan and conduct appropriate system reviews. Conduct and oversee day-to-day management activities associated with the execution of the engineering management system. Coach and mentor the Engineering Team members. Ensure consistent communication and flow of information across channels within the Project Team, to senior executives and other stakeholders that is tailored to their needs.
