We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Regulation and Compliance team in taking a proactive approach to regulatory functions and patrols across our city to ensure compliance with both Council's and the community's expectations to: Preserve the good order and amenity of the city by exercising Council's regulatory functions when addressing allegations of unlawful activity. Undertake proactive and reactive patrols of Council's area of operations. Prepare and present evidence in the Local, District, and Land and Environment Court on behalf of Council. Issue Penalty Infringement Notices, Notices of Intention (NOI's), Orders, and other statutory documents. Maintain public health and safety and protect our local environment. You will promote best practices when administering and enforcing regulatory standards through effective detection, investigation, and resolution of matters in accordance with legislation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
