Job Description
The Role Within the large sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Coffs Harbour region, the Care Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards and providing leadership to the healthcare team. Responsibilities Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner Implementing and maintaining a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and upholding Aged Care Quality Standards Providing professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, developing care plans, monitoring care quality, and fostering effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders Key Candidate Requirements Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration Full Australian working rights Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role Candidate Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities You’re a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for clinical excellence Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Benefits Competitive salary + penalties + allowances Relocation assistance available Recognition and rewards program If this sounds like you, email Candice at or click "Apply Now".
