Clinical Nurse (Level 2), Hospital in the Home Employment Type: Temporary Part Time; Casual Hours per fortnight: 72 An exciting opportunity to work either within the Hospital in the Home program coordinating and providing clinical care or the Home based cancer care program providing nursing care to patients enrolled in the HBCC program. Work autonomously whilst being part of a supportive team. Continue to develop your own professional knowledge and skills. Temporary part-time position (Parental leave cover). Opportunity to work across both the HITH and Home Based Cancer teams with the right skills and experience. About the role: An opportunity for a Clinical Nurse to work within Hospital in The Home (HITH) and the Home Based Cancer Care program. The role will involve assessing patient suitability for HITH on the inpatient wards, dealing with community referrals, coordinating and planning home-based care, and providing direct clinical care within the HITH clinic. Post graduate qualification in cancer nursing is desirable to work within the HBCC team.
