You will work within a dedicated team to deliver best care for women, paediatric and neonatal patients. This is a diverse role that includes delivery of clinical pharmacy services, as well as opportunities to be involved with staff training and development, service development, and quality improvement and research projects. This is a fixed term, full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) for 12 months. The successful applicant will support the Grade 3 Senior Pharmacist (Women’s and Children’s Services) in providing a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service and will contribute to decisions that shape our growing health service. To be successful in this role, you will: Have demonstrated experience working as a clinical pharmacist in the women’s, children’s and/or neonatal setting. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to keep abreast of current clinical knowledge and accepted practices. Have demonstrated experience undertaking quality improvement activities and/or research projects. Optimise patient outcomes by working to achieve quality use of medicines. Have excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to provide effective support for more junior team members.
