The Opportunity Sunnybank Private Hospital has a fantastic opportunity available for a Clinical Services Support Officer to join our team!Your responsibilities will include: Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change. Review and support best practice in relation to patient flow and facility operational needs. Review storage and creation of a clinical equipment register for the hospital. Support the development of a clinical equipment plan to guide responsible purchasing, equipment replacement plan and the strategic goals of the facility. Support teams with the development and implementation of effective processes to facilitate maximum utilisation of services e.g. theatre and clinic room utilisation. Assist executive members with the development and implementation of building system capability through improving processes, equipment and capability in accordance with the business needs. About You You are a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and leadership skills to drive change and continuous improvement across a medium-sized multidisciplinary organisation. With excellent organisational skills, you are detail-oriented and have proven strategic planning, workforce management and policy development skills.Your ability to lead, empower and engage staff, and act as a positive role model is essential for this role. Your Skills And Experience Proven success and high-level experience in transformational change management and leadership, including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training. Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies. Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change. Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders, on complex and strategic issues. Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities. Experience with medium scale project or change implementations would be highly regarded. This is an important role that offers challenge, variety and long-term career prospects for the right person.
