The firm is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join either its Dundee, Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and act for a variety of clients including developers, landowners, tenants, SIPP providers, and banks. The firm is open to candidates from NQ level upwards with previous experience in commercial property. Individuals currently working in residential property with an interest in commercial property will also be considered. Key tasks will include: Staying up to date with the latest developments in the field, including CPD requirements. Conducting negotiations to reach desirable outcomes. Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties. Delegating and outsourcing work when appropriate.
