Our client based in the Cleveland area is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 10 years commercial real estate transactional experience. (Compensation is commensurate with experience.) The position offers the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a private equity firm and part of a robust legal team. The work would entail collaborating with the private equity investment team and its portfolio companies, conducting acquisitions of real estate, managing outside counsel on real estate transactions and interacting with portfolio companies on best practices. This position is full time in the office with some flexibility and is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to be a part of a growing company and collaborative and supportive corporate environment.
