About the company: Concise Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded commercial civil contractor, who has been successfully delivering high quality projects for over 20 years.They work closely with tier 1 - 3 commercial builders delivering external works civil packages up to $20m.This role will have you spearheading the company with full P&L responsibility with a turnover circa $40+ million. You’ll be managing an established team of estimators, project managers, supervisors etc.About the role: A recent re-structure means they are now looking for a Construction Manager or Operations Manager to lead the business forward through its next growth phase, reporting directly to the owner. You will have full autonomy of the business and will be responsible for full management of the business. This includes overseeing business development, client management, estimating and delivery teams.About you: To be considered, you’ll ideally have the following experience: Degree qualified in civil engineering or equivalent Prior experience within the commercial civil sector is a must!
