About the role. We are seeking a Coordinator Office of the Executive Director, Perth Children’s Hospital& Neonatology (ED, PCHN) to provide efficient and effective administrative and information systems to support the ED PCHN and Director, Operations. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day office functions, including communication management, correspondence, approvals, and briefings for the ED PCHN and Director of Operations. Coordinating responses to high-level requests, correspondence, and complaints, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards. Leading and supporting projects, research assignments, and complex investigations as directed. Preparing high-quality briefing notes, reports, presentations, and executive documentation. Providing executive support, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and action tracking. Overseeing human resource management within the Executive Office, including performance review cycles and leave coordination.
