MSS Security is seeking a professional and highly motivated Corporate Security Officer to join our team at the 480 Swan Street site, Charter Hall. This role requires a proactive, well-presented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of security operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service, greet and assist visitors, monitor access, and address inquiries. Conduct regular patrols throughout the building, ensuring safety and security for tenants, staff, and visitors. Manage and assist with post-related tasks, ensuring smooth and secure handling of parcels and mail. Monitor and review live CCTV footage to detect and report suspicious activities or security breaches across various locations on-site. Skills & Experience: Full Australian Working Rights Certificate II in security operations (or higher) Victorian Security License Driver's License Valid First Aid & CPR Proficiency in CCTV Milestone and Integriti Access Control systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
