The role Part Time – 21 hours per week, Fixed Term (up to 12 months) Level 5 - $47,766 to $52,148 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation) Canberra The Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture (ACC&C) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Corporate Services and Events Officer. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-level corporate and administrative services, managing facilities, and coordinating the Centre’s diverse events program. You will embody the Centre’s values, promoting inclusivity and collaboration. Key responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact, maintaining office records, managing bookings, coordinating with hirers and performers, and overseeing logistics for events. You will also handle site maintenance, ensure cleanliness and security, and address WH&S issues promptly. At ACC&C, you will be part of a vibrant community dedicated to fostering understanding and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work, supporting a wide range of events and activities that enrich the community. We are seeking someone ideally to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This position will work closely with another individual to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Together, you will coordinate schedules and collaborate to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
