The Role We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Creative Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their food delivery profiles are optimised for maximum visibility, performance, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive real business impact. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality businesses, ensuring they receive expert guidance and strategic recommendations. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute tailored food delivery optimisation strategies that enhance performance on platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog. Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with our creative, strategy, and operations teams to implement best-in-class marketing, menu engineering, and promotional strategies. Upselling & Growth Opportunities: Identify and pitch additional services to help clients further enhance their delivery operations. Industry Knowledge & Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in food delivery, customer behaviour, and platform algorithms to provide cutting-edge recommendations. Client Success & Retention: Drive high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, strategic insights, and measurable results. What About You? You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, food delivery, and hospitality. You understand how data-driven strategies, menu optimisation, and digital positioning can drive business success for restaurants and food brands. What We’re Looking For: Account Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in an account management, digital marketing, or food delivery performance role. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently liaise with clients, provide strategic recommendations, and manage expectations. Data & Performance Driven: Comfortable analysing key performance data to identify areas for optimisation and growth. Problem-Solver & Innovator: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always looking for better ways to improve results. Knowledge of Food Delivery Platforms: Experience working with or understanding Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Menulog is a plus.
